SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE

Customer must inspect all items upon delivery and notify Sender of any damage, defects, or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt. Items will be deemed accepted if no notification is received within this period.

2. SHIPPING DAMAGE

All items are carefully packaged and inspected before shipping. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. Sender is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit unless noted on delivery receipt.

3. SHIPPING METHOD AND COSTS

Unless otherwise specified in writing, shipping method will be selected by Sender based on size, weight, and delivery requirements. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping, special handling, or non-standard packaging requirements.

4. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Sender shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or carrier delays.

5. PACKAGING

All items are packaged according to standard commercial practices for domestic ground shipment. Customer must specify any special packaging requirements in writing prior to shipment. Additional charges may apply for special packaging.

6. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Claims for items damaged or lost in transit must be filed by the customer directly with the carrier.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For international shipments, customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Customer must provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance.

8. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Customer must identify any hazardous materials requiring special handling or packaging. Additional charges and documentation may be required for hazardous materials shipments.

9. RETURN SHIPPING

Returns must be authorized in advance by Sender. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

10. INSURANCE

Standard shipping insurance is limited to carrier's standard liability. Additional insurance is available upon request at customer's expense. Claims for insurance must be filed within carrier's specified timeframe.

11. DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT

Shipping charges may be calculated based on actual weight or dimensional weight, whichever is greater. Customer acknowledges that large, lightweight items may incur higher shipping charges based on dimensional weight.

12. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

These shipping terms and conditions may be modified only by written agreement signed by both parties.

By accepting delivery of goods, Customer agrees to these shipping terms and conditions.
